Reasons and solutions for the failure of the pressure gauge to rise or the high pressure rise:

1. There is a debris in the suction pump. The steel ball in the inlet valve cannot be restored to the original position: clean the pump and replace the clean hydraulic oil.

2. There is air in the low-pressure pump: the gear pump is removed, the main engine is started, the oil is discharged from the oil pipe, and then reconnected.

3. Return the oil to the oil return pipe on the hydraulic cylinder: change the oil seal.

4, oil pipe joint oil leakage: replace the new seal, and tighten the bolt.

5, pump piston wear is serious: change the piston.

6, the pressure gauge needle does not rise: change the pressure gauge.

7. The pressure relief valve returns to the oil returning oil: the debris enters the valve core, the bottom screw is opened, the valve core is flushed, and then reconnected.

8. The hydraulic oil enters the oil pan from the bottom: change the piston seal.
