Tell us your raw material (e.g. sesame, walnut, rapeseed) and your target daily output in kg or tons. Based on that we recommend a model. As a rough guide: HN300/HN325 for small mills, HN365 for medium mills, HN426/HN500 for large-scale or hard-seed processing.

Oil yield depends on the material and moisture content. For sesame you can expect around 45-55% oil yield, peanut 40-50%, walnut 50-60%, rapeseed 35-45%. These are typical figures; actual results vary with seed quality and pressing method.

One person can operate a single hydraulic press. For a full line (cleaning, roasting, pressing, filtering), 2-3 workers are typical.

Standard is 380V/50Hz three-phase. We can also build for 415V, 440V or 60Hz to match your local power supply. Please tell us your voltage when ordering.

12 months from the date of arrival at your port. During the warranty period we supply free replacement parts for manufacturing defects (excluding wear parts and shipping cost). After warranty, we supply spare parts at factory cost for life.

Standard terms: 30% deposit by T/T to start production, 70% balance before shipment. We also accept L/C at sight for large orders.

Standard models: 15-25 working days after deposit. Custom or large lines: 30-45 working days. We will confirm the lead time in your formal quotation.

Yes. We provide detailed English manuals and installation videos. For large lines we can send engineers to your site for installation and training (air ticket, visa, accommodation and daily allowance covered by buyer).

We cannot send a machine for free trial, but you are welcome to visit our factory and bring your own raw material for a live pressing test. We can also record a video pressing your specific material if you send us a sample.

Seaworthy export packing: wooden crate or plywood case with foam and protective wrapping. For FOB terms, we deliver to Qingdao port. We can also arrange CIF or DDP to your destination port.
