Product Overview
The HN325 is a heavy-duty, high-efficiency hydraulic press built for medium and large commercial oil mills and grain-and-oil processors. It is rated at 325 tons of pressing force with a maximum cake pressure of 27 MPa/cm² — stronger and more stable than a standard 300-type press, with a noticeably higher oil yield.
It is tuned for hot pressing and runs batch after batch continuously. The oil coming out is clean, fragrant and low in impurities, so it reaches commercial edible standard after simple filtration. This is the machine most of our mill customers buy first — and reorder when they expand.
Structure & Build
Rigid vertical frame with dual-barrel alternating action
The upright frame is highly rigid, bears force evenly and stays deformation-free with little vibration under long-term high-pressure work. The upgraded dual-barrel, dual-slide arrangement holds one barrel under pressure while the other is being fed and caked — no stopped waiting, so idle time drops and output roughly doubles.
High-low pressure dual-pump hydraulics
A high-low pressure dual-pump system with integrated cartridge valves gives a compact pipe layout with very few leak points. Pressure builds smoothly without shock, and both pressure and stroke are precisely controlled. Name-brand electrical parts keep the circuitry stable, interference-resistant and low in failures, while the tidy structure makes disassembly, cleaning and maintenance easy.

High oil yield, pure oil quality
325 tons of force squeezes the seed thoroughly, leaving very little oil in the cake and getting the most out of every ton of raw material. Crude oil comes out clear and bright with a rich aroma and few impurities — food-grade after simple filtration, well above ordinary presses in finished-oil quality.
Flexible, intelligent operation
Pressure, stroke and holding time are all adjustable to match peanut, sesame, rapeseed and other seeds. Manual and semi-automatic modes switch over at the touch of a button, and the machine will run a stable line 24 hours a day.
Built from heavy steel
The body is forged from thickened 355B high-strength steel for a higher load rating. Hydraulic cylinders use custom-made 27SiMn steel with stronger tensile strength and toughness, and all wear parts are reinforced. The modular split design makes inspection and part swaps quick, cutting downtime and repair bills.
Safe, quiet and energy-saving
The directional valve is electroplated to resist rust with enlarged ports for faster oil flow and quicker cycling. A 6-pole pure-copper motor runs quieter, uses less power and delivers steadier drive.
Upgraded Q690 slotted barrel
The barrel is welded from Q690 high-strength steel with a seamless outer flange ring, then electroplated after welding and grinding so it does not rust. Its slotted (bar-strip) discharge area is about 15 times that of a drilled barrel, so oil flows out faster and yield goes up.
