Product Overview
The HN500 ultra-high-pressure hydraulic oil press is offered as a single-barrel standard version and a dual-barrel high-efficiency version. Its frame is welded from 50mm thick steel plate and delivers up to 620 tons of pressing force, with 52 MPa cake pressure and 75 MPa system pressure — the most powerful press in our range.
It performs both cold and hot pressing on conventional seeds — camellia, rapeseed, peanut, soybean, flaxseed and lacquer seed — and presses high-hardness specialty materials such as walnut kernels, in-shell walnuts, apricot kernels, Xanthoceras sorbifolia and tiger nuts in one cycle. The dual-barrel version uses double sliding rails: one barrel presses while the other is loaded, with no waiting and much higher continuous output.
Structure & Build
50mm welded steel frame
The 50mm thickened frame is extremely rigid and does not deform under heavy load. With 52 MPa of cake pressure, hard oilseeds are squeezed fully, residual oil in the dry cake is very low and oil yield is outstanding — ideal for scale processing of high-value specialty seeds.
Single or dual barrel to match capacity
The single-barrel machine occupies less space and costs less up front. The dual-barrel machine alternates barrels to eliminate the loading gap for higher productivity. Choose by workshop space, daily output and budget.

Static low-temperature pressing
Pure hydraulic static extrusion adds no screw-friction heat. Cold pressing preserves the seed’s native flavour and nutrients, and the crude oil is low in impurities and clear in colour, reducing downstream refining cost.
Multi-purpose, wider business scope
It covers common seeds and hard specialty seeds alike, and can also carry out solid-liquid separation and dewatering of oil sludge and oil residues — helping plants recover value from waste materials.
Stable, low-power and easy to operate
