Haonuo Machinery is located in Weifang, Shandong — the city known around the world as the "Kite Capital." We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and manufacture of oil processing equipment: hydraulic oil presses, screw oil presses, edible oil refining lines and filling machinery.
Our automated, fine-filtration hydraulic oil press series has a long-standing track record. The machines process a wide range of materials — plant oil crops such as peanut, soybean, sesame and rapeseed; animal fats such as chicken, duck and pork fat; and industrial materials such as bleaching earth residue and oil sludge.
Products are sold throughout China and exported to Canada, Russia, Japan, Nigeria, Brazil, Southeast Asia and many African nations. Behind every shipment stands a professional after-sales team and expert installation technicians.

Company History
Fifteen years of focused work on one thing — making better hydraulic oil presses.
Founded in Qingzhou
Started in a small workshop making hydraulic oil press parts for the domestic market.
Vertical Hydraulic Press Launched
Our strip-barrel vertical hydraulic press was successfully developed. Users welcomed it for its high oil yield and reliable performance.
First Export Shipment
Our first export order to Southeast Asia — the beginning of our international business.
Ultra-High-Pressure Series Launched
Released the 426-ton and 500-ton flagships for hard oilseeds (walnut, camellia, Xanthoceras).

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
27SiMn Steel Alloy
Custom-made from 27SiMn alloy steel for strength and toughness under 60–75 MPa system pressure. Bore sizes from 325 mm on the HN325 to 500 mm on the HN500 — each cylinder is machined, heat-treated and pressure-tested before assembly.
PRESS BARREL
Q690 High-Strength Steel
Welded from Q690 steel with a seamless flange ring, then ground and electroplated so it does not rust. The slotted strip discharge area is about 15× that of an ordinary drilled barrel — oil flows out faster and yield goes up.
BASE FRAME
Q355B Structural Steel
30 mm plate on the HN426, 50 mm plate on the HN500. Thickened Q355B high-strength steel means the frame does not deform under years of ultra-high-pressure cycles.
MOTORS & VALVES
Pure Copper · Electroplated
6-pole pure-copper motors run quiet at just 2.2 kW. Directional valves are electroplated against rust with enlarged oil ports — faster oil flow, fewer leak points, smooth shock-free cycles.
