Product Overview
The HN365 is an upgraded high-pressure, high-capacity vertical press developed for medium and large oil mills and scale grain-and-oil plants. It is rated at 365 tons with a maximum cake-surface pressure of 30 MPa/cm² — more force and a bigger bite than the 325, which shows most clearly on hard oilseeds.
The integrated vertical structure saves floor space and spreads pressure evenly. It supports both hot and cold pressing and can run all-weather batch production, giving a higher yield, cleaner and better-tasting oil, and lower residual oil. It is the high-end mainstream upgrade for bigger commercial operations.
Structure & Build
3 cm high-strength steel plate frame
The machine uses a thickened frame made of 3 cm high-strength steel plate with a higher load rating and a longer service life. Vertical pressure travels with virtually no loss, so the frame stays stable, does not deform and holds precision under long high-pressure runs. Unlike horizontal presses, the upright layout compresses material uniformly, forms neat cakes and avoids offset-pressure leakage.
Large double-station barrel and silent cartridge hydraulics
A larger pressing barrel plus double-station alternating action lets you feed without stopping, removing idle running and lifting throughput sharply. A new silent integrated cartridge-valve hydraulic pack is highly integrated with very few seepage points; pressure rises gently with no impact or jitter, and pressure and stroke are controlled to micron level. Brand electrics resist interference and rarely fail, and the compact modular build is easy to strip, clean and service.

Ultra-high pressure, extreme oil yield
365 tons of vertical force breaks cell walls deep in the seed and draws out the oil inside, even on hard, difficult materials. Residual oil in the cake drops further and raw-material use is maximised. Crude oil is clear, low in residue and mellow, reaching commercial edible standard after simple filtration — better overall output than the 325 and ordinary presses.
Adjustable dual-mode control
Pressure, stroke, holding time and pressure-rise speed can all be fine-tuned to match the cold or hot process for sesame, walnut, camellia seed, flaxseed and more. Manual and semi-automatic modes switch with one button; touch controls are easy for green operators, and the machine supports 24-hour continuous line work.
Forged for a long working life
The body is forged as one piece from thickened high-strength alloy steel, and the columns, pressure plates and barrel are all wear-reinforced for a much longer service life.
