Fully Automatic Electronic Control Oil Filter Machine
Automatic suction, pressure-controlled filtration for edible and industrial oil
A fully automatic electronically controlled filter paper machine for solid-liquid separation in edible oil, industrial oil, water treatment, biopharmaceuticals and chemical solvents. Automatic oil suction and filtration with stainless steel construction.
Product Overview
This fully automatic electronically controlled filter paper machine is widely used for solid-liquid separation and filtration in edible oil, industrial oil, water treatment, biopharmaceuticals, chemical solvents and other industries. It realizes automatic oil suction and filtration — after wiring, simply turn on the oil suction switch and the machine does the rest.
Controlled by pressure, the machine automatically stops when the set pressure is reached. Open the oil outlet and the filtered clean oil flows directly into clean oil barrels or finished product barrels. Operation is simple and labor-saving.
The filter uses stainless steel construction with a filtration area of 10 m² and a working pressure of 0.3 MPa. It handles filtration temperatures from 15°C to 170°C and runs on 220V or 380V power supply.
Structure & Build
Stainless steel construction
Built entirely in stainless steel for corrosion resistance and food-grade cleanliness, suitable for edible oil and chemical solvent filtration alike.
Automatic pressure-controlled system
The machine is pressure-controlled: it draws in oil automatically, filters through filter paper, and stops on its own when the pressure setpoint is reached — no constant operator attention needed.
Key Performance Features
Fully automatic operation
Automatic oil suction and filtration. After wiring (3 live wires + 1 neutral), just turn on the suction switch — the machine handles the rest.
Wide application range
Used for solid-liquid separation in edible oil, industrial oil, water treatment, biopharmaceuticals and chemical solvents.
Stainless steel, food-grade
All-stainless construction resists corrosion and meets food-grade requirements for edible oil processing.
Direct clean-oil output
Open the oil outlet and filtered clean oil flows straight into clean oil barrels or finished product barrels — no transfer pump needed.
Simple and labor-saving
Equipped with oil suction pipe, oil outlet and sewage outlet. One operator manages the whole cycle with minimal effort.

Typical Applications
Why Buyers Choose This Machine
This filter turns a labor-intensive filtration step into a one-switch operation. The stainless steel build handles both food-grade edible oil and aggressive industrial liquids, and the automatic pressure control means one worker can run it while tending the press. With a 10 m² filtration area and 0.3 MPa working pressure, it is sized to keep pace with our 325/365/426/500 hydraulic presses.
