Product Overview
The Haonuo vertical screw conveyor is built entirely in stainless steel and moves oilseeds — peanut, rapeseed, soybean, sesame, sunflower seed and other granular materials — from a ground-level bin up into the hopper of a press, roaster or oil filter. At 2 metres of lift and driven by a 1.1 kW geared motor, it delivers a steady, even feed that keeps downstream machines from being starved or overfilled, and replaces the full-time worker who would otherwise be shovelling seed all day.
The 600×600×600 mm feed bin holds enough material for an unattended run, and the enclosed screw tube keeps dust and spillage inside the conveyor instead of on the workshop floor. It bolts directly onto our hydraulic oil presses, oil filter machines and roasters, so a single operator can manage feeding, pressing and filtering at the same time. A 1.1 kW geared motor turns the screw at a steady rate, lifting material 2 metres from the ground-level bin to the hopper above. The vertical layout takes up little floor space compared with an inclined conveyor of the same lift, and the machine is easy to install and reposition.
