Product Overview
The oil sludge press is a vertical hydraulic machine for materials a screw expeller simply cannot process — sticky sludge, paste and settled residues that slip on the screw instead of being pressed. It works by static, low-temperature high-pressure extrusion at 60–75 MPa, which drives the oil out without friction heat or oxidation.
Recovered oil can be sold or re-refined, and the dry cake is far lighter to dispose of — it can often go to animal feed or fertiliser. A large barrel and multi-layer precision filtration handle the difficult consistency without blocking.
