Product Overview
The HN426 ultra-high-pressure hydraulic oil press comes in a single-barrel standard version and a dual-barrel high-efficiency version. The frame is welded from 30mm thick steel plate and delivers up to 500 tons of pressing force, with 42 MPa cake pressure and 70 MPa system pressure.
It handles both cold and hot pressing. Conventional seeds such as camellia, rapeseed, peanut, soybean and flaxseed are no problem, and it also presses high-value hard materials — walnut kernels, in-shell walnuts, apricot kernels, Xanthoceras sorbifolia and tiger nuts — in a single pressing cycle. On the dual-barrel model, double sliding rails let one barrel press while the other is loaded at the same time, so there is no shutdown for loading and batch efficiency jumps.
Structure & Build
30mm welded steel frame
A 30mm thickened steel-plate frame gives high rigidity and resists deformation under repeated 500-ton loads. At 42 MPa of cake pressure, materials — including hard specialty seeds — are squeezed thoroughly, so dry-cake residual oil is lower and oil yield is markedly higher.
Single or dual barrel on sliding rails
The single-barrel version has a small footprint and a lower entry cost. The dual-barrel version works alternately, removing the loading gap and roughly doubling continuous efficiency. You pick the layout to fit your workshop space and daily target.

Low-temperature physical pressing
Static hydraulic extrusion means no screw friction heat. Cold pressing keeps the seed’s natural nutrition and flavour; the crude oil is low in impurities and clear in colour, which cuts the cost of later refining.
