Product Overview
This fuel-fired thermal-oil wok shares the double-layer reinforced bottom and stainless-steel body of our electric model, but replaces the 27 kW electric heating rods with an external stove that burns wood, coal or biomass. The stove sits beneath the wok and heats the thermal oil through the pan base; the oil then carries heat evenly to every part of the inner wall. Because the heating comes from fuel and not electricity, the only electrical load is the 1.1 kW motor-reducer that drives the stirrer — so the wok runs on a normal single-phase supply, or even a small generator, in places where grid power is unreliable or expensive.
An integrated motor-reducer on top drives the stirring paddles so material tumbles continuously and never scorches, just as in the electric version. The encircling furnace chamber has a side access door for loading fuel and clearing ash, and a manual discharge gate at the bottom lets you unload the finished batch straight into a bin. The user builds the stove masonry on site to match the wok base, which keeps the unit affordable and lets you size the firebox to your local fuel.
Structure & Build
External fuel stove + double-layer oil-filled bottom
The jacket between the double-layer bottom is filled with about 60 kg of grade-350 °C thermal oil. A user-built stove beneath the wok burns wood, coal or biomass; the flame envelops the pan base and heats the oil, which transfers heat uniformly to the inner wall — no electric rods, no high-power supply.
Encircling furnace, side door, manual discharge gate
A combustion chamber wraps around the wok base with an independent side door for fuel loading and ash removal. A manual discharge gate at the lower wok body opens to unload finished material. The whole unit sits on a carbon-steel frame for stable mounting.
