A static high-pressure press for fried bread crumb and KFC-style food residue. It recovers the frying oil and turns the spent crumb into a dry, low-residual cake suitable for animal feed.
Product Overview
This press was developed for food factories and central kitchens that accumulate large amounts of oil-soaked fried residue — breaded crumbs, batter waste and KFC-style frying byproducts. At 60–75 MPa of static hydraulic pressure, it separates the residue into crude recovered oil and a dry cake with very little oil left in it.
Because pressing is static with no screw friction, no extra heat is generated and the oil is not oxidised. The recovered oil can be processed further, and the dry cake — low in residual oil — is suitable for animal feed. The same machine also presses camellia seed, rapeseed and sesame, and dewaters other kinds of sludge.
Structure & Build
390mm barrel, ~95 L per batch
The standard barrel is 390 mm in inner diameter and 800 mm high, holding about 95 L of residue per cycle. The main pressing body is built on our standard 325/365/500 platform and can be configured to whichever tonnage you need.
Multi-layer filter structure
Layered filtration inside the barrel lets oil escape from the thick paste without clogging and keeps fine particles out of the recovered oil.
